We welcome you to a postive 2009 outlook with fuel prices going down and some interest cuts on the way.

While most of you had sometime to relax, your market leading estate agency was out on a BANG, working hard and made some new additions to our extended network for you our valued clients.

1. We joined the Unique Global Estates team. We are selected as the primary agent for Unique Global Estates in the Garden Route, South Africa. You can have a look at the profolio of homes of 1 Million Dollars and more.

DA LAUNCHES SUNNY LOGO

DA Leader Helen Zille introduced the new party logo and slogan “One nation one future” during a meeting in Wilderness late in December at which the DA party explained its vision.

She vowed that her party would be working hard at changing the ANC’s “ Magstaat” hold, and the excessive power to muddle along squandering the country’s assets with its concomitant deepening of poverty.

The ANC’s “ Boetie Boetie” system is benefiting only the party’s elite clique. The DA would strive for establishing a respect for the rule of law and equal opportunities for all.

The new logo symbolises the new sun rising and shining upon the nation.

CHRISTMAS BABIES FOR CANGO RANCH

While Santa Claus was doing his rounds on Christmas morning, the stork stopped over at Cango Wildlife Ranch Tiger Breeding Centre and delivered three tiny white Bengal tiger cubs just after nine.

The new arrivals are extra special as they are the first of a new bloodline and as an added bonus one of the two cubs is extremely light coloured with almost no black stripes.

The cubs have all been given Hindi names. The almost entirely white female is named Fareeda which means unique. Her sister has been named Sitarah and the boy Shahir.

Rob Hall, Operations Director of Cango says in an effort to enhance the genetic variation in their white tiger breeding programme, Cango Wildlife Ranch went to great lengths to secure the father, Shiva, from Moscow. “We are thrilled that he settled in so quickly, siring these three jewels.

The mother, Geena, also boasts an unique bloodline, so these cubs make a meaningful contribution to the current white tiger population of about 500 around the world.

BOTANICAL TEA GARDEN IN FULL BLOOM

The Garden route botanical Garden’s new tea garden has been open for a month and has thus far generated a huge amount of positive feedback from the local community.
“This is due largely to the selfless dedication of a handful of volunteers and the fantastic support of the local community,” explains Dayne de Wet of the Garden Route Botanical Garden. “We would like to extend a friendly invite to young and old to come and visit the tea garden and relax in our tranquil setting. Everyone is welcome.
